This morning the Aces traveled to Methacton for a 10 AM non-league contest. Again, it was a defensive struggle, with no scoring in regulation and through 1 sudden-victory overtime period. In the 2nd overtime junior Quinn Vagnoni put a perfect cross over for fellow junior Connor O'Hare and he headed it home for a hard earned 1-0 LM victory.
From this game the Aces have to feel encouraged by the fact that their defense remains a strength, and that they can score late when the game is on the line. But they also have to start generating more offensive pressure to give their defense some room for error.
This week is a short one for LM as their only game is a Tuesday Central League match with Garnet Valley (3:45 PM).
