2009 PIAA State Playoffs Final

Last Saturday night in Hershey, District 12 (comprised of the Philadelphia Public & Catholic leagues) champion Father Judge and District 3 champion Lower Dauphin played to a 0-0 tie, thru regulation & 2 overtimes. As the PIAA rules dictate, the 2 teams were declared state co-champions, as a state championship game is not allowed to be determined by penalty kicks. The last time this happened was in 2001.
